FLINNCO PROPERTY MANAGEMENT INC RENTAL APPLICATION

A completed application AND deposit will HOLD the property for you on a first come basis while your application is reviewed. This does not guarantee approval. Once your application is approved – you will be sent a confirmation email about all of the next steps needed to complete the lease process; these will include but are not limited to, insurance instructions, lease agreement (sent through docusign) and any other necessities. In the event your application is NOT approved you will be notified by a Flinnco Property Management INC representative via email or phone and your deposit returned in full. Deposits are only returned if you are not accepted by the US for any reason.

Form must be downloaded and filed in and emailed to courtney@flinncopm.com. It must include the property address you are Applying for and the name of the applicant in the message section and it must be sent with all supporting documents. Applications sent without supporting documents will not be accepted.You must also fill in the pre screen form using the link provided below

The Applicant consents to the collection, use and disclosure of the Applicant’s personal information by the Landlord and/or agent of the Landlord, from time to time, for the purpose of determining the creditworthiness of the Applicant for the leasing, selling or financing of the premises or the real property, or making such other use of the personal information as the Landlord and/or agent of the Landlord deems appropriate. By submitting this form, The Applicant represents that all statements made above are true and correct. The Applicant is hereby notified that a consumer report containing credit and/or personal information may be referred to in connection with this rental. The Applicant authorizes the verification of the information contained in this application and information obtained from personal references. This application is not a Rental or Lease Agreement.

THINGS YOU WILL NEED TO COMPLETE THIS FORM:-

A scanner or camera phone (CAMSCANNER APP) to take a clear picture of documents/Government issued I.D. All documents must be in PDF format. If using a smartphone the CAMSCANNER app can be used.

  1. Proof of Income including a Job contract, OSAP confirmation or Proof of Assistance/Benefits
  2. If you’re working- A Job contract , or if you’re a student- Proof of student status such as enrolment.
  3. A Guarantor/ Co-Signer can also be provided we would need their Government ID, Proof of income and agreement to conduct a credit check, or we will conduct a credit check for yourself if not Providing a Guarantor/Go Signer (Non Students)
  4. A Professional Reference- Information of the person and how you know them, as well as Contact Information.
  5. A form of payment for a deposit. Etransfer (preferred). If you need accomodations for payment or to complete this application please contact us. If there are more than 2 applicants such as for student Properties please Follow the following format and send us an email with all Information for all applicants.

E-transfers

  • pon completion of this application, please DO NOT FORGET to send a deposit equal to one months rent with the application. This will be applied as security towards the last month’s rent OR fully refunded if your application is denied. This can be sent to courtney@flinncopm.com  via e -Transfer, or other options are also available, please contact us.

    It is agreed that once this application has been approved, the last month’s rent deposit may be held by the landlord as security against rent whether or not a signed tenancy agreement is entered into or whether or not the tenant moves into the rental unit, and that the deposit may be applied as rent provided that the rental unit has not been re-rented prior to the anticipated commencement date as above.

    By submitting a completed application and a deposit you are confirming your intent to move forward with the rental process and authorize Flinnco Property Management to use your Personal Information for the purpose of this application and to complete a Credit check. Once this application is submitted we will respond to you within 1-3 Business days to let you know the status and next steps.

  • When sending an Etransfer we use auto-deposit but you must include your first and last name and the property address you are applying for.
